  17. These are weird figures (perhaps you meant 600, not 60). For ethernet, the 
  18. best performance I ever get is between two Sun workstations, which transfer
  19. about ~700 Kilobytes per second.

  21. Between a P75 FreeBSD PC and my A4000/040 running AmiTCP4.2, with either an 
  22. A2065 or Ariadne card, I get:
